Ellmers Responds To Arizona Ruling

“We are watching a national tragedy unfold in front of our eyes. The problem Arizona faces is crime – crime caused by out of control illegal immigration.

Make no mistake: if the Obama Administration and the Democrats in Congress wanted to stop illegal immigration, they could. They could secure our border. They will not stop it for political reasons. It does not suit their political agenda.

America must be a country of laws, but Obama, my opponent Bob Etheridge and the Democratic Leaders in Congress – what has been called ‘the political ruling class’ in Washington – see themselves as above the law. They will not enforce the law on immigration. And they will not allow anyone else to.
