Thanks to Julia Manning of Spring Hope for writing the following for the Rocky Mount Telegram in response to their Speak Up request:
I do not know Renee Ellmers personally, and since she has not been on the taxpayers’ payroll as an elected official, she has no voting record for me to examine. But I will share with you what I learned from her website.
Mrs. Ellmers is a nurse, and her husband is a doctor. Her experience in the health care industry tells her “Obama health care reform” is not good for America. She knows we need health care reform but not the bill that has been passed.
